SRIRACHA HOT SAUCE.
Freshly fermented and freshly bottled:
A limited batch of Sriracha hot sauce, a traditional chilli sauce that stems from Thailand. Made with fermented chillies, ginger, garlic and flavoured further with sugar and salt. The result: medium spicy, but very tasty!
