Tip #3: Eat Well

Your body is a remarkable machine that requires the right fuel to function at its best. Eating well is not just about consuming food; it's about optimizing your diet and finding life hacks that work for you. Eating well also means drinking well. Remember, our bodies consist of about 70% water, and staying hydrated is crucial for maintaining energy levels and overall health.

Think of your body as a vessel that will carry you through time and space throughout your life. To achieve your big goals, you need consistent energy, and that comes from nourishing your body with the right foods and plenty of water.

Why Eating Well is Important:
* Sustained Energy: Proper nutrition provides the energy needed to tackle daily tasks and achieve long-term goals.

Tip #2: Read Daily

Reading daily is a powerful habit that can transform your life. It opens doors to new knowledge, insights, and perspectives.

Currently, I am reading "Blue Truth" by David Deida, and I’d like to share a profound passage from the book:

"Sooner or later, this present moment is going to be your last. You are alive, for now. Feel your heart beating in your chest. Soften your belly and relax your jaw. Feel your heart beating deep in your body, and feel your heart’s rhythm radiating outward, pulsing in your hands and feet and neck. Feeling your heartbeat, relax open as if offering your heartbeat to the world. While feeling your heartbeat as an offering to all, feel how you live your moments. What did you do today? What are your plans for tomorrow? Who do you love and how deeply? No matter how much money or love you have made, one day your legs will become cold and numb, your heart will stop, your breath will cease, and all will disappear. In some now-moment as real as this present one, your life will end. Are you ready for your death? Are you ready for the death of your children, your parents, and your friends? A picnic with your loved ones. Fried chicken and cold beer. A gentle breeze. Laughter. Suddenly your heart stops. A final glimpse. Fade to death. Are you ready? Have you loved fully and given your deepest gifts?"

This passage is a powerful reminder of the fleeting nature of life and the importance of living fully and intentionally. Reading daily not only enriches your mind but also encourages you to reflect deeply on your own life.

🌟 New Beginnings Often Disguised as Painful Endings 🌟

As Lao Tzu wisely said, "New beginnings are often disguised as painful endings." This truth resonates deeply in our journey of growth and transformation. Often, when we face the most challenging and painful experiences, it's life nudging us towards a new path, a higher purpose.

In my work, I've seen countless individuals transform their lives by embracing these difficult moments, understanding that pain is a necessary precursor to growth. It's easy to feel overwhelmed and lost when we are in the midst of a painful ending, but remember, it's the universe's way of guiding us towards a new beginning.

When we encounter what seems like an insurmountable challenge, we are being prepared for something greater. Just as a caterpillar must endure the struggle within the cocoon to emerge as a butterfly, we too must go through our own transformations to reach our fullest potential.

For most of my life I have enjoyed being logical and smart and I felt that the best way to figure things out was by plussing and minusing the options between which I could choose. I thought intellect and a proper evaluation of any situation would lead me to the ‘best’ possible decision. I suffered majorly from left brain paralysis.

What I totally ignored is that there is just so much more in the world than what we can see, observe or reason with our limited mind. When we calm our mind down and start feeling more, we get to the point where we just ‘know’ what to do or ‘feel what is right’. Once we know how limited our mind is in evaluating things, the more we see how futile it is to use reason only to make important decisions in our life.

Now to tune into the universe and our feelings and intuition we need to get to a ‘calm state’. To get to this calm state we need to stop our ‘monkey mind’ from interfering with tuning into our heart energy. From my experience the best way to do this is by meditation. This can be either passive meditation whereby you sit in silence, control your breathing and tune into your heart or active meditation whereby you follow some guidance on audio to get you to the right state. The point is to slow your mind and calm yourself down so feelings and insights can come to you.

Being able to do this has made me a lot calmer in life, realizing I am not in control of most of what is going on in life and accepting that the ‘universe’ has my back, has allowed me to be more in flow and wrestle less with the world around me.

I no longer try to bend the world to fit my pictures but allow what the world is offering me to be the best thing that can happen to me. Be more accepting, less fighting reality and life is so much nicer. Personally I wish I had found out about this at a much earlier stage in my life but he it is what it is and I guess better late than never.

I recently traveled back from the Netherlands to Indonesia and 'unfortunately' had to spend 5 days in quarantine in a hotel. The rules are getting more relaxed here and I hope this will soon be over.

Anyhow, I want to share some things about this with you. First of all, I used a reframing technique to not call this a quarantine period but a special 5 day meditation and self-reflection retreat to have some me-time. Can you imagine what going into this quarantine with this mindset did with my experience? I had a great time!!

I also recorded a video on how i managed to manifest a suite room while had booked a standard room. This is called manifestation by setting a clear intention to what you want you send out a signal to the quantum field on your desires. Anyway watch the video below to see how this went.

Today I spoke to a friend of mine and she had a very interesting story. She wants to lose some weight and get back into shape and she draws inspiration from Victoria’s Secret models. She actually goes as far as adopting the identity of a Victoria’s Secret model. She sees and feels like being one..

Now before you declare me a sexist EMF trainer Hahhaha I'm not I can assure you so please listen to the rest of the story. This is a powerful story about identities. In EMF we will learn all about identities and how adopting an identity of who you want to become NOW will actually bring you closer to your goals.

For instance, if you want to eat healthier adopting an identity of a healthy mainly vegetarian eater will help you make healthy choices for your diet. If you want to become good at speaking in front of a camera, adopting the identity of an actor in a blockbuster movie will help you get over anxieties you might have since ‘your actor’ is in front of the camera and he is very experienced doing this. If you want to manifest more money in your life, adopting the identity of a successful entrepreneur who can make money in any situation will remove your blocks for manifesting this in your life.

My own identity as an Elite Mentorship Trainer is one of a Confident Speaker & Trainer and a confident Entrepreneur. This helps me to support you guys in your personal growth journey and helps me build my life and my business around that. I reaffirm this to myself on a daily basis.

What identities do is shift your energy. Your body will transmit the energy of the identity to the universe and the universe will respond by bringing events and people into your life to help you on your journey. More than that your body vibrating in the energy of your identity will be a huge boost in your self-confidence to overcome any limiting beliefs or mental blocks you have created for yourself.

Today I will share with you how I get into my zone, to get into the groove to find my Mojo at the start of the Day Hahahaha.

I always start my day with a ginger lemon shot, some light fruit-based breakfast, and a couple of espressos. I know it sounds crazy but I have a routine and this routine carries me through every day and besides the espressos, it's pretty healthy.

However, the food and beverages are not the only things that set me up to win: meditation does. I start my day with half an hour or more of meditation that reinforces a couple of things. My faith in God and the friendly universe I live in and the amazing vision I have for my life. I use a form of guided meditation that helps me focus and reinforce the before mentioned messages. I usually lie down in my office where I have a meditation space.

After I do this I feel calm, connected, and full of faith that the universe has my back and I can do absolutely anything. It sets me up to win and at the same time energizes my soul for the day.

I usually journal a bit afterward to write down some of the insights, thoughts and downloads I received during the meditation session. You would be surprised at the kind of clarity you get from completely calming your mind. It works magic for me.

This is one of the profound lessons I got from going through EMF. It is so simple yet so powerful. We create our own anxieties and fears in out head mostly by running doom scenarios for the future.

Well if we are creating them we can also overcome them by 'rewriting the code'. Meditation for me is a key part of that where I can reprogram my patterns and install new software for the day ahead. I hardly miss this practise and when I do i feel the effect on myself and people in my environment.

Happy thoughts are a powerful frequency overiding many dark energies, create them and your life will change for the better.

THE MAP OF CONSCIOUSNESS – AN OVERVIEW

The Map of Consciousness ranges from 20, at the lowest level of consciousness, through to the highest levels of personal consciousness between 700-1000. The scale is designed to be simple, has been clinically tested and is subjectively accurate.
The lower end of the scale, levels 20-100, is characterised by hopelessness and depression, and the urge to survive is absent. Above this the levels of fear (100) and anger (150) are characterised by egocentric impulses that arise from a personal urge to survive.

When an individual rises beyond level 200, which is the first of two critical growth barriers according to Dr Hawkins, the well-being of others becomes more and more important.

First Critical Growth Barrier

Dr Hawkins states that the first critical growth barrier, level 200 - characterised by courage, represents a profound shift from destructive and harmful behaviour to lifepromoting and integrous lifestyles; everything below 200 gives a weak response when tested using kinesiology. All emotions, thoughts and behaviours that calibrate below 200 are primarily driven by the urge to survive and have a negative impact on both one’s own life and other people's lives. Everything above 200 has a positive influence on both one’s own life and the lives others.

At the time of writing, approximately 80% of the world’s population is below this significant level of 200. The destructive capacity of this majority drags down all of mankind without the counterbalancing effect of the 20% above 200. Because the scale of consciousness is logarithmic, each incremental point represents a giant leap in power. As such, one person calibrated at 600 counterbalances the negativity of 10 million people below 200.

The 400s represent the level of reason, guided by the linear, mechanistic world of form. Interestingly, the top echelon of intellectual genius, including Einstein, Freud, Newton, Aristotle, etc., all calibrated around 499.

Second Critical Growth Barrier

The second critical barrier is level 500, characterised by love. In this context, love is a way of being in the world. According to Dr Hawkins, the reason the level of love is so difficult to achieve is because our ego is so rooted in the physical domain as opposed
to the spiritual domain, which emerges at 500. The 500s represent a very difficult hurdle, as only four percent of the world’s population calibrates in the 500s or higher. This level denotes a shift from the linear, provable domain (classic physics or Newtonian physics) to the nonlinear, formless, spiritual realm. Interestingly this is the reason that even Nobel prize winners remain below the level of 500 as they, including Einstein, were unable to let go of the ‘Physics’ of the physical world to embrace and understand the metaphysical realm.

At the level of 500, the well-being of others becomes the essential motivating factor in one's life. The higher echelons of 500 is characterised by an interest in spiritual capacities for oneself and for others.

At level 600, the main drivers in life are to support humanity and the personal quest for enlightenment. From 700 to 1,000, life is entirely dedicated to the needs of all humanity.

A person’s level of consciousness remains rather steady throughout their lifetime. Emotions come and go like the passing wind, but an individual’s calibratable level is governed by specific energy fields in the nonlinear domain which generally does not waver. Over the course of a lifetime, the average person’s level will change
approximately five points (this is not a statistical derivation, but an average discovered through Dr Hawkins’ kinesiologic research). However, it is possible for an individual (such as a spiritual aspirant) to have his or her level of consciousness jump (or drop) hundreds of points in a single lifetime. No Level is Better or Worse
Essentially, no level of consciousness is absolutely any better or worse than any other. For someone living in Grief (75), the state of Anger (150) is a relief. Anger is still destructive, an unhealthy emotion and a low state of consciousness, but acts as a steppingstone in some cases. Someone, or an entire population group, society or country, can be locked up for a long time in a state of hopelessness, characterised by Apathy (50).

If those who are hopeless can be urged to want a better situation
(Desire at 125) and then use Anger's energy at 150 to develop Pride (at 175), Courage's possibility at 200 comes into view, and from 200 people can be of service to themselves and their environment. The fact is that the evolution of one’s consciousness (at least when above 200) tends to initiate a mechanism of selfcorrection and self-improvement. The collective consciousness of humanity has long stood at 190 and has risen to 204 relatively recently (80% or more of people calibrate below 200, but people at higher levels count more heavily because of the logarithmic scale).

Logarithmic Scale Increases

Due to the widening of the gap between levels as we go up the scale, Dr Hawkins designed the scale based on a logarithmic algorithm (a logarithmic scale is a nonlinear scale often used when analysing a large range of quantities, which, instead of increasing in equal increments, increases each interval by a factor of the base of
the logarithm - typically, a base ten and base e scale are used). This means that level 300 is not twice the value of level 150. Level 300 represents 10 to the power of 300 (10³⁰⁰). Therefore, a rise by even a few points reflects significant progress. It also means that each point, intrinsically, gets more and more valuable the higher one
rises on the scale. While in both cases it is a single point rise, the one point on the point rise from 500 to 501 is many times ‘stronger’ than the point rise from 450 to 451. The logarithmic scale, ranging from 0 to 1000, was validated by a statistician to
ensure the logarithms were correct. The key level of 200 (Courage) corresponds to 40 megahertz.
