Now you can easily be informed of our latest updates and you can confirm your booking within a few clicks.
Because our goal is to unite, engage and immerse we provided a special chat function for CTC app users only.
When you book an overnight stay with us, you can check which guests are visiting the hotel at the same time as you. In this way you can contact other CTC guests even before you arrive at the hotel.
The CTC chat function is also very useful during your stay. Now you can easily ask other guests to have a drink, a bite to eat or ask if they want to visit Copenstadt.

As you know we are busy with renovating. Step by step the hotel is starting to come together.
Therefore, we are really excited to announce that our brand new restaurant, HOME-BASED, is almost opening its doors.
Our chef is busy putting together the perfect home-based menu, with a focus on fair-trade, organic, vegan and sustainable meals. The products used in the kitchen all come from Copenstadt and its surroundings and are grown by reliable farmers. In addition, all the dishes are freshly prepared by the chefs in the kitchen.
HOME-BASED is a restaurant where conviviality and togetherness are central. Enjoying good food while socializing with others is our specialty.

The main goal of our page is to enhance customer loyalty. We focus primarily on the customers to make sure that they are satisfied with the product that we offer them. The CTC HRM team makes sure that the questions from the clients are answered correctly on Facebook to make sure both parties are pleased. People can give stars to the hotel and write reviews on the page. There is information about the facilities and there are pictures. We also make sure that all the events are showable and people can click on ''going'' and can invite other friends or family. Instagram and Facebook are closely connected to each other where the guests can follow all of the updates linked to each other. On Facebook we see that guests and people really feel the need to follow each other and they can share news with each other about activities and news about the hotel. It is all about the community, socilalicing feeback and advertisement
