My heart glows by the magical energy created today in my classes. I just did what I always do, plus I also play the handpan now. It was as if unconditional/universal love lighted the participants' heart up. The energy was truly magical. No idea whether I can create this magic through the internet as well, but online classes will open up very soon. I wish a good weekend to ALL of YOU! Big Love!

Dear yogis, let me share with you this piece of treasure created with the sweet team of Karunika. It is a demo of my aroma restorative class that I offer regularly when measures allow. Music also played by me on a Hungarian MAG D kurd handpan. Thank you so much to all the participants, especially to Mireye, who recorded and edited the video. And of course, Sanchia, who made sure this was going to happen, which was totally beyond my expectation. You are ALL amazing!! ❤❤❤

Dear Yogis, studios closed down suddenly, from one moment to the next and not just for a short time, but until 19 January 2021. It feels as if some kind of disaster happened, when you just have to drop everything in your hands and you have leave the place immediately without even thinking twice. I was in a process with my yogis in several of my classes and it was now abruptly cut off. No more classes ... for a while. :( We had no time to talk how to continue, how to connect, what to do, how to bridge over this time. So, if you feel like connecting with me, you can always send me a message. I will also look into the online possibilities. In the meantime just breathe in and breathe out. One breath at a time. Take it easy, take good care of yourself and hope to meet you soon online or offline. Namasté 🙏☀️💗
