"Stretch your limits, reach your potential."

I want to share with you a stretching technique using elastic bands that I created and successfully used with one of my clients.

My client came to me with severe lower back pain that was preventing him from exercising and living a normal life. Together, we worked on this stretching technique with elastic bands, doing training sessions four times a week.

And the results speak for themselves: we have made significant progress in reducing the lower back pain, improving his mobility and flexibility.
