Hello everyone, and a happy Saturday to you all!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your participation in the UCSC elections. From attending the candidate markets to posing insightful questions at the GA, and ultimately casting your votes (resulting in the highest voter turnout in UCSC history!), your active engagement has been truly commendable. The past week and a half has been intense but incredibly memorable, and I am thrilled to have been elected as your next AAO, alongside the rest of this incredible board.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all the candidates who put in their hard work and dedication during this election period. Your support has been unmatched, and I am honored to have been part of such a positive and collaborative group.

I also want to acknowledge and thank the current UC StudentCouncil board for their tireless efforts in organizing and running the events, as well as for patiently answering my numerous questions, responding at all hours of the day, and always being there when you need it.

Furthermore, I am beyond grateful for Perlei Toor, Nicole Pachano, Javier RB, Julian Lombard, Richmond, and Kate Lee for your encouragement and heartfelt endorsements!

Special thanks goes to Uxue Gantxegi for her unwavering support and friendship, from patiently listening to my stress rants to filming my content in rain or shine (or wind). I couldn’t have done it without you 🫶 Once again, thank you all for your votes and trust in me to be your future AAO.

Enjoy the bloopers :)

Happy Sunday everyone!

Throughout this week, I've received several questions regarding the UCSC and AAOs, their roles, and functions. To provide more clarity, I'd like to offer a brief overview of the various bodies that the UCSC and the AAOs work with. Additionally, I have illustrated some of my relevant experiences that have allowed me to develop the skills necessary to excel in the role of AAO.

See you at the GA on Tuesday, April 4th, at 20.00!
