This weather asks for comfort food 🧣Time to give the classic ‘Mac ’n Cheese’ a healthy whirl 🤤

You need: 
Bottle Pumpkin (800 gr) 
Red onions (3)
Cloves garlic (4 cloves)
Whole-wheat macaroni (300 gr)
Dairy spread garlic and herbs (200 gr.) 
Grated cheese (200 gr) 
Ground nutmeg ( ½ tsp)
Chilli flakes ( ½ tsp)

There you go:
1. Cut the onions and garlic
2. Peel the pumpkin, cut and remove the stringy insides and seeds. Cut into cubes of approx. 1 cm
3. Cook the macaroni al dente for 8 min in one pan and cook the squash for 8 min in the other pan.
4. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion and half the garlic for 5-8 min over low heat.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
6. Drain the macaroni and pumpkin and save a cup of the pumpkin cooking liquid.
7. Mash the pumpkin and cooking liquid with the hand blender. Add the dairy spread, nutmeg and chilli flakes to make a smooth sauce.
8. Mix the macaroni and mashed pumpkin, the grated cheese and onion-garlic mixture.
9. Spoon into the baking dish and spread evenly. Bake the mac and cheese for about 25 min until golden and crispy.
10. Extra: Sprinkle the dish with chopped spring onion.

Then, 4 years ago, she discovered Massage therapy in Canada. This allowed her to learn more about injuries and manual therapy 💆‍♀️
