Monkfish is always the best during winter time! This dish I made quite a while ago but still worthy for a shout-out post. Monkfish with green asparagus, crème and a good house made truffle sauce!

It’s almost summer time so that means a new menu is coming! Practice makes perfect so let’s do this. I always love to spend the weekend with family and friends, cooking making food for them or with them to practice my skills or go out discovering new local restaurants to learn and taste new flavors that can enhance my cooking skills. Last weekend was a blast! Me and my brother sold over 500 bowls of rice with unagi/chicken don/ gyudon!

Japan Light and Food festival was a nice experience and a great succes for me a great experience and to learn how to manage a festival. Without the volunteers like my brother, sister family and friends it was not possible to make such an event a succes! More pictures to show later! 🍀
