I just asked De Schoonschrijfster - kalligrafiediensten to spice the bottles of Henri Giraud Blanc de Blancs up for the December festivities 🧑‍🎄. Let’s see what the queen of calligraphy can do!

One of the surprising wines from last week. La Croisette is basically the garden of the house from in Epernay. A tiny plot which gives us a very fine delicate type of exciting champagne. In the domaine it was already sold out, but I found some in their Bis25 boutique on the Avenue de Champagne. And still a bit on the website of drinkchardonnay off course.

Just had an amazing visit to . Very fine and delicate. Surprising but really steady. This one from a small parcel really got my attention. Definitely together with their rosé champagne one of my favourites from this house.
