You know you are doing something right when men start to join too for the lunch time yoga class at the workplace. 🤩🙌🏽

Yoga and mobility classes at the work place is so important as we spend a vast amount of time sitting for long periods in front of screens, at meetings, in traffic, etc, and we end up losing much of our mobility and freedom of movement as for the most part, we are either horizontal when asleep or seated during the day.

In short, we age long before we are old as a result of insufficient complexity in our range of motion.

The human body was made to move. And the more complex the movement, the more it thrives.

This is what Yogi’s in ancient times understood and is also the reason why many of them had the energy and body of a 25 year old while their physical age was close to a hundred.

In my own experience, when I started with daily kriya yoga at the age of 28, I looked 28.

15 years later my body has aged about 2.

So weather we want to keep our youthfulness or not, is really down to us. We can be young at 90 or old at 35. The choice is ours.

Either we understand the importance of Yoga and mobility work and include it into our daily lives or we can save up for expensive surgeries which will become inevitable.

The choice is ours. And choice is a beautiful thing. 🙏🏾🌈

The courage, the vulnerability, the sharing of knowledge, wisdom, love and compassion with each other was so inspiring to see.

This is definitely the new earth 🌍 that I wish to create together with you. And we are certainly on our way.

Bullying, Loneliness, Prison s*x, Toxic masculinity, Trust issues, Self image, Divine Masculine, Divine Feminine, Money, Childhood trauma, Stories that we embody, Relationships, Habits and Patterns... were just some of the sensitive and important themes that got touched upon at this weekends Amazingly Powerful and meaningful Men's Circle.

I feel humbled and empowered in ways that cannot be described.

There is much that happens when we are willing to set aside time and are open and willing to just open up. To just be. To share our stories, and listen attentively, consciously while others are sharing.

That is true support. And it's therapeutic.

To allow for, and create a space that is authentic and safe enough for each other to verbalise things thats never been verbalised before to anyone. Not even to ourselves.

And just by verbalising it (or as they say in Norwegian 'sette ord på ting' - putting words to it), we free ourselves ...we liberate ourselves from those 'forgotten' experiences/stories that have been hiding in our unconscious and holding us back from creating a new story. A new version of ourselves.

There is power in coming together. And there is even more power in coming together meaningfully. I am humbled. 🙏🏽

A big thank you to my brothers , who SHOWED UP AS MEN and redefined what it means to be a man and what being a man in this day and age, actually means.

7 Things i learned at a Men's Circle;

1) That every man has a struggle or two that even his best friend (or sometimes even his partner) didn't know anything about.

2) That we are not alone.

3) That deep down inside, once we get past the layers of ego, false pride and fear of vulnerability, all we want to do is help each other grow and succeed in life.
It's innate in all of us.

4) There are many ways to get to the top of a mountain. - Hearing other men sharing how they overcame their challenges in life has been one of the most mind expanding experiences, as it shifts the limiting perspectives within our own plan on how to get to the top and expands on the numerous different ways we can use to get to the top.

5) That we all face almost the exact same obstacles in life, just at different times and and in slightly different packaging. And when hearing all the stories/experiences of fellow men, throughout the space of a whole weekend, it becomes easy to step back and see the illusions of the universe and reality at play.

6) How to start thinking about finances and financial intelligence differently.

The subject of money is not something that many of us have been properly educated about, neither in school nor from our families. And since society has made s*x and money too taboo to talk about, hearing how other men in the circle plan their finances and how they keep getting better at their financial game has been truly inspiring and motivating towards taking action steps of creating multiple streams of income and investing time and money towards increasing financial intelligence.

7) Having a unique connection with a close circle of brothers whom we can count on, who meet up for the men's circle monthly follow up's, and the sharing's that take place are priceless and extremely valuable for every one there.
