What do you want to learn from the course?
the rules for the correct use of individual culinary techniques - both traditional and modern,
rules for working with the main categories of products in the kitchen: meat, fish, vegetables, seafood or desserts,
correct selection, storage and processing of individual product groups,
the right combination of ingredients,
the opportunity to present dishes on the plate.
The course consists of a package of 10 video lessons (approx. 300 minutes in total full of tips and advice from competition chef Chris Johnsen) who has taken part in a number of competitions both in Norway and Europe, which you will be able to watch live online, and you will be sent all the videos that you can watch anytime and anywhere.
NOTE THE FOLLOWING!The course will be available from 14 December 2022.
