This pic was taken this week 12 years ago just a day after I moved to the PNW. Haven’t stopped exploring and enjoying the beauty around every corner since! ❤️🌲🏔️

As tragic as a wildfire is, I always love seeing the new growth rising. A reminder I shared w my daughter today,
that bad & sad are to be expected in life, but are always followed by good & happy times. 💕

Big news! HUD announced they will be lowering the mortgage insurance premium from .85% to .55%, saving borrowers an average of $800/yr.

This will make FHA programs more attractive to those w/little down, those with lower than great credit scores, and those that make too much to qualify for some of the Fannie/Freddie programs.

It’s nice seeing some of the strides taken to make home ownership more affordable right now.
