As we grow, we might just outgrow ourselves... what we thaught that should become or even the devotion can change over time. I find this facinating... at this moment in my life - I feel change... AGAIN... rising in my body and awareness...
What about you? Have you become what you dreamed of becoming? Or did life take you to another journey? And Is it not powerful.... SPRING is coming, and we can all just wait for what arises in us, trough us and between us.
I´m now going into the second last week of our leadership-training: CIA... with curiosity and nothing else than surrender to offer... to BE and ACT from what is in my awareness - at any time. Scanning my body for reaction or action - compassion or passion... letting a WILL beyond me have access and leading from my source in co-creation with 25 other human beings. To create myself - to surrender to being created in we-ness and Divine will.

Enrolling for Compassion in Action-Surrendered Unity Leadership Training (CIA)

Dear Avaloners,

We are thrilled to embark on an amazing journey together for the Compassion in Action - Surrendered Unity Leadership Training (CIA) and it is only 7 weeks until we meet for our first week on beautiful Gran Canaria.

Since you have showed interest in the CIA, we want to prompt you to dive into your leadership in bold and new ways. This training is not only for your leadership & growth but also to create a sacred grail for the world to lean into, for people to come and heal from their deepest wounds.

We also want to take this opportunity to answer some questions that have been raised, and give you some practical information.

Venue: The first training week will be held on Gran Canaria in a beautiful Finca (a rural orange farm), surrounded by orange trees and breathtaking views over the pristine Fataga valley. For the following training weeks we are looking into various possibilities, including an incredible venue in Morocco and will let you know as soon as possible. The venues we choose will also depend on the number of participants that end up joining the program, so please wait before buying your airplane ticket for our August gathering until we have all participants fully registered.

What you will experience: The training program will be somewhat different from Avalon Retreats. The core training of the program is to exercise your ability to meet and surrender into co-presence, compassion and the intelligence of the heart. From this place of divine embodiment, you will deepen your healing powers to freelease traumas, fears and contractions in yourself and others, as well as your ability to bring forward your true potentials and deepest service to the world.

The training includes compassion meditation, yoga/body-work, training on meeting, knowledge sharing from a wide range of wisdom sources, in addition to surrendered Avalon-practices as you know it. From the masculine compassion heart, you will also be pushed out of your comfort zone into situations and places where your true potentials and powers are awaiting to be discovered, integrated and manifested.

For those of you who are called to grow into future Avalon leaders, we will design the training to support and prepare you for this work. We need more Avalon leaders to step in along side Alanja to lead future Avalons.

For those taking this work in other directions, we are curious about what emerges, and we will hold this and explore it with you! Co-creation and feedback within the whole group will drive us towards manifesting what emerges.

This is a training program tailored to meet you, where you are and as you are. Not only will you grow, expand and take off in the world, but you will uncover what holds you back and learn how to move from that place. We will also be tapping into money traumas and accessing new potentials for financial freedom. Ultimately we will UNITE - RISE and SHINE.

Practical information:
Since we are in the practical planning phase of the CIA training, we are asking those of you who are committed to attend the program, to send an email to Tataya ([email protected]) by February 15th to confirm your spot. If you are still considering, and would like more information or support in your decision making, please send her a message so she can put you in contact with Alanja.

A non-refundable deposit of 1500 euros must be paid no later than March 1st 2017. The bank account information for the deposit will be provided as soon as you confirm your spot in the training.

Dependent on the number of participants, we will negotiate accommodation and food costs with the Finca owner. Venue costs will range between 60-80 euros/day if all of the training is done in Gran Canaria. If we decide to go to Morocco for the August meeting, the venue costs can be potentially lower.

You will receive logistical and practical details in due time before the start of the training.

We look forward to sharing this powerful journey together, and bringing this work into your home, neighborhood & communities, so we can BE our potentials in this life time, create a new reality for our world and leave a legacy for future generations.
