Was a tiny bit nippy shooting in snowfall up on Ulriken today, but good vibes all round and it’s so calming to know your camera can always handle more of a beating than the fingers operating it! Reds are such reliable workhorses, regardless how cold it it is or how much snow is blasted at them… which makes shooting with your mitts on way less fuss!

Tonight we enter into Bowie’s flipping kaleidoscope for one last time. Filming live for an almost always sold out theatre audience every night has been this year’s exciting curveball that has happily distracted all me from almost all my other filming plans since march… What a wicked ‘ch ch change’ of pace/people/perspective from my usual gigs.
I’ve been frothing about the show to anyone and everyone who will listen since I first got roped in back in March and saw the script come to life, the songs being belted out by each of the actors right in front of my lens, and the stage spin/flip/being projected back onto itself. To the gang on stage and to everyone just out of sight in the wings: you all killed it. 🖐👊 I’m dead proud to have been a part of such a fun show ☺️

So filming TedX last night left me with plenty to think about… 7 speakers with fresh perspectives on how to move our world forward and even a couple of glimmers of climate optimism in an era of constant doom and gloom.

Thanks to and Eirin for the hard work behind the 4 cameras, 2 teleprompters, 6 powerpoints, and the boxload of cables it takes to stitch it all together.

Testing testing mic check 1 2 3… It’s always key to be rigged and ready early for livestreaming, and even more so when you’re combining seminars from 7 cities - just think all the possible echo echo echo echo echoechoechoechoechececececho 🤯

Nowadays they’re in evey tourist’s hand so an Osmo and an iphone is about the most practical way of shooting fast and light without drawing unwanted attention to the Brann players in this upcoming carpool episode

Living the stream again last week with guest speakers piped in from India via for a chat panel and presentation on possible future use of Hydrogen as fuel. Hard to get a straight answer on just how green hydrogen powered cars and homes could be, but sounds like considerably less footprint than petrol.
