Antioxidants include:

2. Vitamin E (Tocopherols and Tocotrienols): Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that occurs in various forms. It is known to protect cell membranes from oxidative damage and is particularly effective in lipid-rich environments, such as cell membranes and lipoproteins.

3. Glutathione: Glutathione is a tripeptide composed of three amino acids (cysteine, glycine, and glutamic acid) and is present in almost all cells. It acts as a potent antioxidant by neutralizing free radicals, regulating cellular redox balance, and supporting the function of other antioxidants.

4. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10): CoQ10 is a naturally occurring compound found in the mitochondria, where it plays a crucial role in energy production. It also acts as a powerful antioxidant, protecting cells from oxidative damage and regenerating vitamin E.

5. Resveratrol: Resveratrol is a polyphenol that occurs in grapes, berries, and some plants. It is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and has been associated with various health benefits, including cardiovascular protection.

6. Flavonoids: Flavonoids are a diverse group of plant compounds with antioxidant properties. They are abundant in fruits, vegetables, tea, cocoa, and red wine. Examples of flavonoids include quercetin, catechins, and anthocyanins. Flavonoids have been associated with various health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders.

7. Carotenoids: Carotenoids are pigments responsible for the vibrant colors of many fruits and vegetables. Some well-known carotenoids include beta-carotene, lycopene, and lutein. They act as antioxidants and are especially beneficial for eye health and reducing the risk of age-relate
