There's a problem with my posture here, can you figure it out?
This is the warrior three or Virbhadrasana third variation. I was adjusting into the pose but I made a mistake: not squaring my hips.
They are fairly squared but not fully square, this is an incomplete posture. Incomplete postures will cause an imbalance of your breath, body and focus.
Do not attempt an incomplete posture. If imbalanced, it can cause injuries and will have no benefits.
Attempting a pose and completing it are two different things. Practice safely!
