Terms & Conditions for Registration:

1. Fees are inclusive of program materials, daily refreshments, lunch and cocktail dinner.
2. Payment Mode: Cash and Cheque only.
3. Payment Terms: Please note payment must be received prior to the seminar date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged under the terms outlined below. APCA Nepal reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
4. Provided that the total fee has been paid, substitution can be made at least 5 days before the fest. If, for any reason, APCA Nepal decides to cancel the fest, the fest fee will be refunded within 14 working days to the client. Event program content is subject to change without notice.
5. Important note: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, APCA Nepal reserves the right to change event dates, sites or location, or omit event features, or merge the event with other event, as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
6. Cancellation Policy:
i. Cancellation before July 25, 2014: 75% of the registration amount will be refunded.
ii. Cancellation till July 31, 2014: 25% of the registration amount will be refunded.
iii. Cancellation from August 1, 2014: No refund will be provided.
7. Cancellation must be received in writing or mail. The fest fee will be refunded within 14 working days to the delegate.

Speaker of Brandfest Nepal 2014, BHARAT AVALANI is the Regional IBC ( Integrated Brand Communications) Director Unilever Homecare Asia , Africa, Middle East & Turkey.

Bharat is a Unilever Veteran who comes with rich experience and expertise in Brand Management, Media Strategy, Brand Activation, Market Development and Integrated Brand Communications. He was until recently the Regional Integrated Brands Communication Director for Unilever Homecare category across Asia, Africa, Middle East & Turkey.He has served as President of the International Advertising Association (IAA) Malaysian Chapter, as VP of the Malaysian Advertisers Association (MAA), and as a Board Member of the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) Malaysia. Bharat is currently on the Executive committee of the Asian Federation of Advertising Associations (AFAA) & IAA Malaysia.

Speaker of Brandfest Nepal 2014, Faris Abouhamad - President, Interone Resonance Middle East llc and Chairman and World President International Advertising Association

Faris studied at Lebanese American University (BUC then) and holds an MBA degree in marketing.
Faris started his career in 1980 in Singapore, moving to Dubai in 1981 to work for Publicis-Graphics. In 1985,he was asked to establish and head Publicis-Graphics in Jordan.

In 1988, Faris joined the regional headquarters of Fortune Promoseven- McCann’s in Bahrain where he worked as Executive Vice President and COO for 12 years. During this time, he was instrumental in expanding the network and introducing new marcom disciplines, developing and applying systems and tools and creating local and international partnership agreements across the MENA region.

In 2000, Faris moved back to Dubai with McCann World Group to further develop its UAE operations into the group’s head quarters and pioneering operational integration and market leadership for the agency.

In 2004, Faris set up his own practice by establishing Interone Resonance Middle East, a full service agency based in Dubai with branches in Cairo and Jeddah.

Faris joined the IAA in 1984, served on boards of IAA chapter in Bahrain, and the board as secretary general of the UAE chapter in 2006.

The Himalayan Times Perspectives Brand Fest is a challenging, stimulating and entertaining Brand workshop where panels of international and local experts share the Secrets of Branding and all things that go into the building of a powerful Brand. There are two key words on which the whole Brand Fest will be based, "Entertaining" and "Educative”.
