We are looking for bright enthusiasts who have a knack for developing ideas into or as themes for WordPress. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience so that we can get started right away. Further, we can discuss this over the interview.

~ Should have good knowledge of WordPress.org theme review guidelines.
~ Should have excellent knowledge in PHP and MySQL.
~ Should have excellent knowledge of WordPress and be able to work with the team within the theme development department.
~ Good to have if you are familiar with any of the page builders.
~ Should possess knowledge or understanding of version control, such as Git and/or SVN.
~ Good to have if you are able to report and document and possess good writing skills.
~ Good knowledge of Ajax/jQuery, CSS, HTML is a plus.
~ Basic understanding of REACT will increase your credibility.
~ Excellent knowledge in jQuery/JavaScript.
~ Good knowledge of analytical skills and should be able to plan and execute as required.
~ Knowledge of frameworks like CI, Laravel, or any other framework will be a plus point.
~ Excellent experience in project management.
~ Must have strong ethics and reliability.

- Slice the given design according to WordPress standards
- Convert given XD/PSD into pixel perfect responsive design using HTML5,CSS3 and JavaScript
- Convert given design using page builders like Elementor
- Maintain consistency throughout the design
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability
- Able to lead a team of few and have the zeal to undertake new design trends and be bold enough to present to others

Qualification:
- Bachelors in related field is MUST, but we do not undermine the skill sets possessed by a personnel who do not meet minimum education criteria
- Minimum 1+ years experience with HTML5/CSS3 and Bootstrap
- Good Knowledge on SASS / SCSS
- Should be able to handle Sketch, Illustrators, XD, Adobe Premier, Zeplin, Figma, Invision
- Must have good knowledge on JavaScript, Gulp etc
- Knowledge on SEO headers and coding standards
- Should possess excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with version control such as Git
