Day 02: Sikles to Hugu (5-6 Hrs) on the way can see 64m Yedi waterfall, and Annapurna 2, Annapurna 4 and Lamjung Himal. Day 03: Hugu Goth to Kaphuche Lake (2 hrs walk up, 2 hrs roaming around and 2 hrs back to Hugu Goth)
Day 04: Hugu to Sikles village 4 -5 hrs ( lunch at Sikles and drive back to Pokhara 4 hrs

We will take care of all your requirements, including food, accommodation, guides, and porters. Typically, you will stay at guest houses, hotels, and teahouses, which serve lodgings and food. Traditional Nepali food of Dal, Bhat, and Tarkari is readily available, and some guesthouses even serve western dishes. Can I go on the Kapuche trek without a guide? This is a newly opened trekking route that has not been explored adequately, and the trail is mostly off-the-beaten-track. There are not enough signposts that can be used to identify the right path for the lake. For trekkers without a guide, it can be challenging to find a way and even accommodations and good food services. Additionally, the lake itself has frequent avalanches, which can create unforeseen problems for the trekkers. So, we recommend you to go on the Kapuche glacier lake trek with an experienced guide. How difficult is the Kapuche glacier lake route? The trek route mostly goes through villages, grasslands, and small hills. It also has a maximum elevation of 2814m, which makes it a moderate-height trekking trail. As such, it is a relatively moderate trekking route. How much does it cost for a Nepali citizen? Kapuche Glacier Lake is claimed to be the lowest elevation glacial lake in the world. The temperature of the lake can reach sub-zero during winter, and the surface can turn into ice. The 0.12 Km2 Lake is about 40 meters deep. The word Kapuche is a portmanteau of the words “Ka,” which means snow or ice, “pu,” which means breaking down and sliding, and “che,” which means landing on flat land. Essentially, ‘Kapuche” means fallen ice that has settled on a valley, which forms the glacial lake. The lake has a calm environment as it is situated amongst snow-capped mountains. There are also occasional avalanches that bring snow from the slopes to the lake. The lake is in a calm environment beneath the high mountains. Before Kapuche, we will first reach Hugu, which comes two hours earlier. Hugu has an ancient settlement with animal husbandry as a means of livelihood at 2,100 meters elevation. Hugu itself is about 6 hours away from the nearest human village called Sikles. The itinerary starts from Deep, and we pass human settlements like Aatighar Mauja, Thak, Tara Hill, Sikles and Hugu. We spend a night each in Thak village, Tara Hill Top and Sikles. Moreover, we spend two nights in Hugu. We can choose between lodge stay, homestay, and outdoor camping. Among these places, Tara Hill Top offers the best scenic view. We can visit caves and museums, pass through suspension bridges and witness some magnificent views. This trek route is one of the least traveled trails. So, you will enjoy this trek without being disturbed by the crowd. This trek is best to do during Autumn and Spring. This trek can be combined with Kori Himal Trek. ITINERARY
Day 1: Drive to Armala and trek to Thak Village via Atighar Mauja, 5 - 6 hrs. We begin by getting on a private vehicle which will take us to Armala. It is about an hour drive. Upon reaching Armala, we start our trekking. We walk for about 6 hours in a continuously elevating narrow trail until we reach Thak village. We will enjoy some magnificent views along the way. We spend the night in Thak village. Day 2: Trek to Sikles Village Via Tara Hill Top 8 Hrs,
On the second day, we walk for about 8 to 9 hours until we reach Tara Hill Top. The place also has a viewpoint that offers some fantastic views. after a couple of hours of walking, we will arrive at a famous traditional Gurung village Sikles. Overnight at Sikles Village. Day 3: Trek to Hugu Goth, 5 - 6 hrs. On this day, we hike further uphill for about 5 to 6 hours. We will reach the remote village of Hugu Goth, where we have to a self arrangement of meals and will spend the night. We trek to Kapuche lake which is about a 2-hour trek. We’ll spend a couple of hours at the lake. Since there is no facility of accommodation, we will hike back to Hugu where we will spend the night. Day 5: Trek to Sikles, 4 - 5 hrs and drive back to Pokhara. On the last day, we begin early and hike towards Sikles for about 4 hours. From there we will come back to Pokhara by bus which takes another 4 hours. You decide what is best and we’ll take care of the rest

The itinerary mentioned is a standard guideline. It can be fully customized according to your needs, requirements, and availability. The cost of the trek can also be changed according to your group size, needs, and time boundary. You can easily add additional activities to the Itinerary. You just have to let us know before confirming the trip. This trip can also start from Kathmandu. You have to let us know if you want to begin there. In that case, the Itinerary will extend by a few days. Consequently, the cost will also increase. The addition or removal of activities will increase or decrease the cost of the trip respectively.
