Happiness... As a doctor...when your patients are positively healing....
This is the case of one of my International patient from Congo.
His nephew, 13 yrs had difficulty in clear sp*ech, erratic behaviour, preferring solitude and gassy abdomen.
He was quite worried on our online consultation and he had no idea it could be autism.
I asked his mother to give him more healthy diets, watch for his digestion, and taught her some methods of Ayurveda and to give him more love.
After 3 months of our consultation they say his boy has improved a lot on his sp*ech, behaviour and there is no more gassy abdomen. I didn't even prescribed any herbal composition as well. As it was difficult to import Ayurvedic herbs in Congo, tried my best to help them with whatever things were available there.
They thanked me for helping them. I felt so happy myself.
More power to Ayurveda, more power to love💖
😊😇🙏❤️

Ayurveda emphasizes healthy eating more than taking herbs and medications for long and healthy life. Because, basically we are what we eat, how we eat and when we eat.
10 Healthy eating habits:
1. Drink a glass of warm water, seated, first thing in the morning. Caffeinated beverages are not recommended in Ayurveda.
2. Each meal should be enough to feel satisfied but not full. Our stomach should be filled half with solid, quarter with liquid and quarter empty. So that digestion can be effective and our agni keeps on becoming healthy.
3. Eat only when you feel hungry. Snacking in between or overeating results in partially digested food which produces "Ama" or toxic byproducts.
4. Always be seated when you eat. Eat consciously on what you are eating. Eat with a happy mood. Never eat when you are feeling sad, angry or in grief. It impairs with your digestion.
5. Include all 6 tastes in your meal, "Shadrasa" - sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter and astringent. Ayurveda considers balanced diet when all the 6 tastes are included in a diet. It gives full nourishment and avoids cravings and untimely eating.
6. Use different kinds of mild spices in the food like cumin, cardamom, pepper, turmeric, ginger, coriander. These spices aids in our digestion.
7. Fasting time to time is also recommended in Ayurveda as it helps to get rid of toxic byproducts from our system. We can fast once a week or a month depending on our physival condition and lifestyle. We can start mild fasting with fruit juices, boiled vegetables.
8. Avoid taking white flour products, fast foods, ice cold drinks, refrigerated food, fried foods. Since it has become a trend to eat these junk foods, it seems impossible to avoid it but at least we can try to remove them from our daily food habits and normalize healthy eating.
9. Take fruits alone. There is a rule on eating fruits-"eat in alone or leave it alone". Donot mix fruits with milk, yoghurt, grains, vegetables or meat.
10. It is important to opt for food that are right for your "Prakriti" Our physiology decides the worth of food that we consume. You can take Online Prakriti Dosha Evaluation with our doctor to know your body type and foods you are having.

Infact, food is medicine if taken properly and conscously. Happy eating 😊🙏

Hypertension is a condition where the blood has to exert extra pressure to flow through the blood vessels.
While earlier, people in their 50s and 60s would be diagnosed with hypertension, now there are people in 30s and 40s taking hypertension pills. Excess fat accumulation is the major cause of hypertension in younger patients.
In many cases, hypertension doesn't causes any symptoms until it causes complications such as heart attack, stroke, and plays a role of silent killer in the body. So, it is important that you realize that you may have high blood pressure and the only way is to get your blood pressure checked at regular intervals.
Hypertension requires medications to control it. Longterm medications lead to side effects and bring in other diseases like diabetes, and obesity which in turn bring in a whole lot of complications.
