This SATURDAY 18 of June, Pastryarchy will be at TWO markets. From 10-2 I will be at full moon, and 12-4 on Pitt Street. Both sites will have Brownie, New York Cheesecake, Strawberry Custard tart, and Key lime (with Full moon having more variety beyond that!). Both will have V GF and common allergen free options. Beyond me, both markets will be buckets of fun and I’d love to see you all go! See you there ✨

I’ve spent the last two days baking for a market which is now cancelled. I’m a contract worker so I’m a bit in the sh***er. I’m going to sell off the food for the market at any request e.g. “I have $20 and I want banana cake” “cool I’ll give you 1/3 of the cake) with the idea its somewhere between expensive excess whole cakes and market single sizes. I’ll box up nd deliver within reason!
