There is a little coffee shop, where two people arrive and approach the counter.
“Five coffees, please. Two for us and three hanging.”
They paid, they took their two coffees and left.
I asked the waiter. "What’s this about hanging coffees?"
“Wait and you'll see."
Some more people came in.
Two girls asked for a coffee each, they paid & left.
The following order was for seven coffees and it was made by three women - ‘three for them and four hanging coffees.’
I was left wondering...what is the meaning of the hanging coffees, they leave.
Then, a man dressed in worn clothes, who looks like he might be homeless, arrives at the counter and asks sincerely...
“Do you have a coffee hanging?"
“Yes, we do, sir.”
They serve him a coffee... I got my answer.
People pay in advance for a coffee that will be served to whoever can't afford a hot drink.
This tradition started in Naples.
Amazingly, it has spread throughout the world’s cities and towns.
It’s also possible to order not only "hanging coffees" but also a sandwich or a full low-cost meal.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could all start doing this in the cities and towns where we live?
Small kindnesses like this can impact so many lives, in ways we could never imagine.
Maybe we should all try it. 😊❤️

What was written is very interesting, read:
1. Life isn't easy — get used to it.

5. Selling old newspapers or working while on vacation is not beneath your social standing. Your grandparents have a different word for it: they call it opportunity.

6. If you fail, it's not your parents' fault. So do not whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

7. Before you were born, your parents weren't as critical as they are now. They only got that way from paying your bills, washing your clothes and hearing you say they're "ridiculous." So before saving the planet for the next generation wanting to fix the mistakes of your parent's generation, try cleaning your own room.

8. Your school may have blurred the distinction between winners and losers, but life isn't like that. In some schools, you don't repeat more than a year and you have as many chances as you need to get it right. This looks like absolutely NOTHING in real life. If you step on the ball, you're fired… STREET!!! Do it right the first time!

9. Life is not divided into semesters. You won't always have summers off, and it's unlikely that other employees will help you with your tasks at the end of each term.

10. Television is NOT real life. In real life, people have to leave the bar or the club and go to work.

11. Be nice to the CDFs (those students that others think are as****es). There is a high probability that you will work FOR one of them.”

𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 “𝗗𝗼𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘆” 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺?

In going over some training this week, it was clear that a lot of websites have a Dorothy problem. They are lost, just like the Wizard of Oz. To be fair to The Wizard of Oz, key characters know exactly what they want:

The cowardly lion – courage

Tin Woodman – A New Heart

Scarecrow – A brain

And Dorothy just wants to get home.

Now you might want people to go to your website, contact you, and buy your service, but do you have a clear path for them?

Do you offer a point of difference? Or are you like every other builder, plumber, or candlestick maker? (you get my point)

Need a real example? – A builder who makes good money out of building new decks, has pictures of previous work, and also offers the chance to win dinner for two at Sky City if you start your deck build this month. And the icing on the cake, ask for pictures of the customer out for dinner 😊.
Now you have an advantage….

Now, when you are running any type of advertising, you have a much better chance of converting customers now that you have motivated them.

Your competition is a click away, so you need to be clear, concise, and easy to understand right up front. Then, you need trust. Get pictures of your work (before and after) and ask for Google reviews from those happy customers.

Put them clearly on the home page, don’t make people hunt for them.

𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗯𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀, 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁.

If I was a scarecrow with no brain and I arrived on your website, would I know what service you provide?

And would I know where I should click now? Companies try to run paid advertising and rank high in Google without having these points nailed down first.

But that's the number one problem: you're not giving a clear path for someone to walk down.

Even Dorothy had the yellow brick road. :)

Training people to make money is like resetting a computer. Your brain needs to reconfigure to new standards.

What are your thoughts?

Love marketing done right :) A clear message, clear action and placed on a road with main traffic.

Fail - First Attempt In Learning - It's only a failure if you don't learn something. As a side note, pointing at something/someone you can't control is not the best learning.

If you can't explain something in a simple way, then you really don't know it.

I am on the fence with AI, especially when it comes to content for Google. Creating content that's not valuable for readers is loose-loose for both Google and readers. How are you using AI in your business?
