The vessels are out, and our Bluff Oysters are being harvested as we speak 🤩. Our supplier, Marina Fish & Oysters, is a family-run business with five generations of expertise. Greg Mead captains the vessel, The Southern Enterprise, continuing the family legacy of fishing for Bluff Oysters. Once caught, the oysters are processed and packed at a family factory on the Bluff wharf and sent overnight to us so you can enjoy them fresh the next day on our rooftop terrace, champagne in hand.🥂
