Shaken, Not Stirred.....

For something different this holiday season, channel your inner 007 with an Ariki Vesper Martini. The distinctive flavour profile of Ariki Gin and Ariki Vodka creates a unique take on an old classic.

INGREDIENTS

60mL Ariki Gin
20mL Ariki Vodka
10mL Lillet blanc aperitif

Garnish: lemon twist

METHOD

STEP 1
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add cubed ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.

STEP 2
Double strain by using the regular strainer in your cocktail shaker and holding a fine mesh strainer over your glass. Pour through both strainers into a martini coupe glass.

STEP 3
Release the oils from the lemon by pinching the skin and spraying over the glass. Place within the glass.

The Pina Colada's lesser known cousin cocktail is simple and delicious.

The unique flavour profile of Ariki Vodka adds an extra dimension to this cocktail, and is the perfect way to treat yourself over summer.

INGREDIENTS

🧊Ice Cubes
45 ml Ariki Vodka
🥛25 ml Cream
🍍150 ml Pineapple Juice
🍍Pineapple

METHOD

Fill a blender with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Blend and pour into a glass. Garnish with pineapple.

(GIN)FIZZING FOR SUMMER

With summer almost here, the humble Gin Fizz makes the perfect (and somewhat under-rated) accompaniment for the warmer weather that's heading our way.

With it's unique flavour profile, Ariki Gin creates a fresh take on an old classic.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Ariki gin
25ml Lemon Juice
2 tsp Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
Ice
Sparkling water

METHOD

Add the Gin, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Egg White to a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds.

Add 3 or 4 ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Double-strain into a chilled glass and top with Sparkling Water.
