Exercise is a positive aspect in our lives. Get moving, stay active. We are designed to move and use our bodies in the best way we can. But when it comes to our working environment, look after each other and work as a team.
Physical symptoms of stress include:
Low energy.
Headaches.
Upset stomach, including diarrhea, constipation, and nausea.
Aches, pains, and tense muscles.
Chest pain and rapid heartbeat.
Insomnia.
Frequent colds and infections.
Loss of sexual desire

Am looking at getting a venue for early morning training. Getting back into personal training is going to be a journey. A journey im looking forward to.
Not only does exercise clear the mind.
But every now and again its great to bond with nature.
Take time out,i Sat and watched the sea do its thing.
It may not be for everyone, but that's ok.
There are always possibilities
Just a quick word.
Its good to be back.
