*INFO UPDATE*

Bookings will now require a 50% deposit of the selected services in order to book. The rest can be paid at the end of your appointment. Booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE. They can be paid online when booking or if booked manually through me be paid directly to my account.

Cancellations require a minimum of 24hrs notice. If you give more than 24hrs notice we can reschedule your appointment, and your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.
Less than 24hrs notice will result in not being able to move your booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book.

Under no circumstances do I offer any kind of refund. Please contact me directly if you have any issues and we can resolve this.

I understand things are uncertain at the moment with covid and isolating so please let me know sooner than later if you need to reschedule. I understand that things happen, the booking fee is a way for me to not have any time wasters.

Ellipse also know as flat lashes have a flatter base which gives them a better ability to bond with the natural eyelash. This means they will also stay on longer. These lashes give a thicker more noticeable look with out actually adding more weight!

Hybrids using vault_lash

As you know from the 3rd of December (this Friday) New Zealand moves to the traffic light system. This means to continue operating I will be requiring vaccination passports. Everyone will need to provide a vaccination passport/certificate in order to attend appointments. Unfortunately, if you have already booked an appointment after this date and cannot provide a vaccination passport we will need to postpone it for now. Please contact me asap if this is you.

I believe everyone has a choice and
I do not judge anyone for the choices they make. But in order to keep my business open this is what I am required to do by the government and I can not afford to risk that.

Please keep doing the following:

- reschedule if you have any cold/flu like symptoms
- wear your masks
- arrive on time to allow for cleaning between clients
- keep scanning in

Can’t wait to see you all very soon! Before I do here are a few reminders about restrictions at alert level 2:

- Businesses providing personal care services, such as massage or beauty treatments can open but with restrictions.

- Workers providing these services legally must wear a face covering while at work and keep 2 metres apart from their clients, except for when close physical contact is needed to provide the service.

- Clients do not need to wear a face covering, but it is encouraged where possible.

- If you are sick or feeling unwell, please message and reschedule your appointment.
