Our Christmas party at “LiVE “ Community was AWESOME!! Santa was well pleased with everyone!! We had so much fun with kai, laughter, presents , and our new Jingle bells song written by our one and only beautiful Shirley Mc Poet with Malcolm slipping in a cool verse about Shirley our newsletter Queen. We’ve had a great year together. Considering missing (MIA) Our Bob and Maxi. We have had to farewell some of our people from “LiVE” Shania , Brent , Janice to new pastures and have experienced great loss with A sad farewell to our friend and sister Marilyn who we still find hard to believe is no longer with us. Our beautiful neighbour Claire and at the beginning of 2023 Our gorgeous Dawn. It’s a fine reminder not to take each other for granted and to make the most of the moments we do share together. Here’s a wee snippet of our Christmas party kai celebration.
Our End of Term Lunch. Thanks Mere and Tracey, you ladies smashed it out in the kitchen. Such a big job! Thanks to everyone one who supported them in the kitchen too. Lorraine , Carol, Peggs. Thanks so much to Tracey’s Mum Cath for kindly buying us some new soup pots. This is so appreciated for all the soup we make for lunches , the community and the unwell. 💛 Happy break time everyone. See you over the holidays at our cafe events or when we start back at “LiVE” Community. Tuesday 18th July.
