-Viralex Attack; 3 capsules daily to attack the virus and prevent it spreading
- Viralex Revive immune drink; like a lemsip but better- this has antiviral Epicor and elderberry and blackcurrant to soothe the throat and ramp up the immune response.
- Strepsils Plus throat spray; to numb the sore throat especially next to bed for the middle of the night!
- High dose Vitamin C, D and Zinc; all important for immune system
- Paracetamol ; 2 tablets regularly every 6 hours for headache, fever and sore throat.
- Water 💧 warm Lemon honey 🍯 🍋
- Rest; enforced for those of us not inclined to stop.

This coming week is Aotearoa Immunisation Week.

Being immunised is one of the best things we can do to protect ourselves, our whānau and our communities from a range of preventable diseases that can cause serious illness and even death.

The risk of severe illness this winter is high, so we’re encouraging everyone to be protected.

We are holding an afterhours vaccination clinic on Monday evening 29th May from 5.30pm-7pm. So if you work long hours and struggle to find the time on weekdays to get vaccinated against covid-19, or influenza come along.
