Bookings still available this week, I won't be in this Saturday but walk in Saturdays will resume from 9am-1pm Saturday the 2nd December.

Saturday 2nd December from 5pm is also our official opening celebration with myself and the crew from Mai barbers and the crew from Redemption Ink.

There will be food, and chances to win some vouchers, so if ya not doing anything pop down and say hello and meet the guys and share some kai with us.

We have teamed up with Chase Reihana Haley at otepoti boxing to give away 2 free general admission tickets to the charity fight night punch with purpose Saturday the 18th November, starts at 5pm.

This will be my last week before I shut down. Firstly I would like to thank everybody that has believed in me and supported myself and my family on this journey.

I have decided to take this time to re assess and look forward to maybe opening a 2 to 3 man barbershop maybe somewhere near you 💈 for now though there will need to be alot of planning and preparation before that can even be an option. Therefore over the next year I am looking at some part time study in health and well-being level 4 and see where that takes me.

Also I am not working at modern men's barber in mosgiel, things just didn't fit what I needed at the time, which made me realize that I wouldn't be able to work in another shop without being some sort of burden because of the hours that I require.

To this being the last week here in Brockville times will be a bit hard to book. If you can't see a time available just flick me a txt message preferably and I'll see where we can fit you in, also for some reason my fb messenger is playing up and won't let me open messages, making me uninstall then re-install the app before I can read any messages 😅

Anyways I look forward to seeing as many of you as I can this week.
This is not the end, just a new beginning on the same journey.

Well, just been told that the owners of my house are wanting to sell, so I am now currently looking for a rental for myself and my family as of today.

What this looks like for me and my studio, I don't know 🤷

I'm thinking should I try and set up again, lease a shop or just work part time as a barber somewhere? the latter is more appealing in a lot of ways especially in terms of being present for family and spending time together.

The last year has been an unbelievably humbling journey from concept to reality. from being my own boss to being a lot more present in my family's life and the flexibility to be able to work around them and everyday life.

I have had the support of the wider community which with out anyone of you none of this would have been possible.
from the haircuts, to engaging with posts on here and even the reactions all count. I am proud to say the least that what "we" as a community can create!

Moving forward I will still be cutting but looking at finishing up as soon as we have found another house to rent,to be confirmed

One last thing if anyone has any flexible part time hours cutting hair as a barber please don't hesitate to message me.😅

Not really one to post too much of my personal stuff on facebook but we have just had 2 of our kids in hospital since yesterday...

I've been fully booked all week had to make lots of cancellations yesterday and today.which I am bummed about.

Imagine have to ring in sick to 14-16 people at work!! 😅 yeah one is sometimes hard enough haha

As for the Kids are doing fine it's just now the waiting game, so again my apologies to everyone who is booked in with me today I am having to hang at the hospital untill we get the all clear because I just dont know when we will be out of here.

As always I am lucky to be able to do what I do and I appreciate all and everyone that supports us.
