Each day during the week has a specific theme aimed at supporting mental health through connection, mindfulness, or other positive practices. Itโs a time for open conversations about mental health, reducing stigma, and promoting support for those facing mental health challenges.

Over the past few months, Kate has been training for a half marathon and has relied on the body therapies at Well+Being to support her recovery and performance.
She used a combination of saunas, float sessions, contrast therapy, and LED/recovery treatments, adjusting them based on how her body felt throughout her training. These therapies helped her manage soreness, fatigue, and overall well-being, ensuring she stayed on track with her marathon goals.
