Matariki is extra special to me this year - as it's also my birthday! This year I have felt a strong connection to get back to my Maori roots. Over the past years my te reo has taken a back seat but I am ready now to start again, to put in the mahi and get my korero on!!
This year I will be a pain in the bum to my whanau, to learn and grow once again.
