Met a potential client last month. Biggest issue was….overwhelm! This was reflected in their “busyness” management style – i.e. too busy to deal with the big problems, more important to deal with the trivia that required no real thought, but made them look busy i.e. complete abdication of dealing with the problem. Does this sound like someone you know in business? The reality is they are only kidding themselves to stop and deal with the issue.
