During these challenging times, I find myself needing to address a critical aspect of my business. As a self-employed hairdresser, last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact my livelihood. To ensure I can continue providing the best service possible, I’ve updated my cancellation policy:

- **Rebooking within 48 hours:** No charge.
- **Cancellation within 24 hours:** 50% of the service fee will be charged.
- **Same-day cancellation or no-show:** Full service fee will be charged.

I don't require a deposit because I trust and value my wonderful clients who respect my efforts and time. Moving forward I may have to if this continues. Please understand that, as I operate by appointment only, missed appointments mean lost income for me. I'm not in a high-traffic area where walk-ins are common.
