I never thought posting this on my story yesterday would generate so many messages about bottom lashes. You all seem to love them. Bottom lashes are an add on service to your top lash appointment. They don't tend to last as long but are perfect for events. You do need natural bottom lashes to stick them too. The lash set is an Ellipse volume (flat lashes) in mixed curls and are just delicious. As always I am forever grateful for all my return clients especially when they have moved to Australia and choose to come see me when back in Dunedin 💖

I never in a million years thought this would be my career whilst I was growing up. In fact I was planning on being an archeologist and trained in that. BUT I am so glad I discovered lashes. I love everything about it and love creating beautiful lashes for my clients and teaching my students everything I know. It truly is the best job ever

Fun Fact Friday! Facts about aftercare because what is more fun than that... WET those lashes. This is actual footage of Courtney washing my lashes straight after application to rinse away lingering fumes. You do not need to wait to shower just avoid excessively steamy hot showers for a few hours. Washing lashes on the day of application helps reduce sensitivity and clean lashes last so much longer. Keep oil away from extensions. This includes eye serums and oil based moisturizer. Oils can loosen the adhesive bond causing retention issues Avoid saunas, hot yoga , spas for 24 to 48 hours Do not get excessively sweaty for 6 hours and after this time wash and dry lashes after exercise and swimming Do not use mascara, gel eyeliners or strip lashes on extensions Clean other makeup off daily Try not to sleep on your face and do not pick at your lashes Book refills every 2 to 3 weeks😉
