Here's my current Work in progress Anthornis melanura, commonly referred to as a Bellbird, Korimako or Makomako as it is known in Māori. This one is male (the giveaway is purplish tones on its head, females are more brown)

Kai, who by the way turned 13 a few weeks back, has been accepted into her first choice of high school as a boarding girl! She also completely orchestrated the process. Now determined to pay for her own second hand school uniform she has been painting all day, in between house chores of course!
