We are happy to report that 90% of our One-Off 2021 Resident Visa applications have been approved by INZ, and we cannot wait for the last 10% to receive a positive outcome!

It’s been a slow and steady process, with Immigration New Zealand receiving countless applications, which affected their timeframes. Our team has worked tirelessly and checked each application regularly to not miss any updates. INZ has received countless applications, which made their review process longer than expected, but we are thrilled with the good news.

INZ has announced the reopening of the Skilled Migrant Category Work-to-Resident Visa

NEW SYSTEM CHANGES:
👉 No cap on numbers
👉 New 6-point threshold can come from a mix of Experience, Qualifications, and Income
👉 Required to have a job paying median wage, or 1.5x median wage for high-skilled occupations

First selections will take place on 9 November for migrants with 160 points, then the points requirements will rise to 180.
