Last day of netball today at Hamilton City Netball Centre. Nemesys is a proud sponsor of the umpire coaches who are out there every Saturday supporting the umpire community.
We love empowering Hamilton City Netball Centre umpires and the work they do for the sport in our city!
THANK YOU!!! to Nemesys Ltd for Empowering Our Umpires.
Nemesys values align closely with those of HCNC and makes them such a great fit to be behind our Umpire Team.

It's the bosses birthday today, and all he's wished for is to give us the day off!
Happy birthday Rex, and we hope everyone has an awesome Matariki long weekend!
Nemesys Blue taking on a Pink vibe! The girls in the Hamilton office were busy this week fundraising by holding a pink ribbon morning tea to support the breast cancer foundation. There were plenty of 'restaurant quality critics' to test all the baking on offer! We certainly didn't hear any complaints and are grateful for all the donations the team made to such a great cause.
Today our Southland team took some time away from their workloads, sometimes involving virtual environments to unwind and connect over an afternoon of virtual golf. The rest of the team up in the North Island offices are waiting to hear all about who was the virtual champion....
We are excited to be exhibiting at EMEX Exhibition 2024, next week starting on Tuesday 28 May until Thursday 30 May. Come and see us on stand 1029 and have a chat with the team. See you there!
Last Friday the Big Boss was away so Kate stepped in to be Ruth’s date at the Annual Hospice Waikato Bucket List Banquet which Nemesys is proud to support 🩵
What a great event, fundraising $575,000 for an amazing cause!
Congratulations to Kees Turpie who has recently been promoted from Graduate to Junior Engineer. This marks a significant milestone is his development and career pathway. We are proud of your growth over the past year Kees, and look forward to where this next year takes you.
This is what happens when you are part of a great team! We get to travel to the other side of the world to see our son, and the wheels back home keep on turning.
Sometimes it's the little things that make you happy! Our grad Kees moved to Hamilton when he gained employment with our team and has been fishing off the rocks for the last year to no-avail - an outing with Rex and Mel saw him land his first fish while living in the mighty Waikato!!
That’s our man!! Looking forward to seeing you in action tonight!
Christmas work party Southland style! A bunch of thrill seekers out there showing how it's done! Great to see the team and their partners have a fun day after a big 2023!
From our team to yours... Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! What would be a Friday without one of our sessions with super trainer Dave McLean! Thanks for making our Fridays fun... or something like that! Great to have our lil' cracker jack from Taranaki Rachel join us for our last 2023 festive workout, thankfully no chuck bucket required today :-)
The Nemesys team had an awesome time at our Christmas party recently, a Mafia Casino themed night at the Verandah at Hamilton Lake.
A great time was had by all to celebrate another year of working hard together, here's to another amazing year and looking forward to the next.
Rex has been on the road, recently visiting the Rockwell Automation Fair in Boston. With over 120 interactive exhibits, more than 325 role-based sessions, 3 days of impactful keynotes, over 10000 attendees, 500 plus hours of advanced training and over 400 domain expert presenters, he is sure to have gained some valuable knowledge and insight into what's coming in the industry.
We will share more of what he saw and what's got us excited in the near future 👀
Our Nemesys South Branch are proud to be a sponsor of the James Hargest College 1st XI Hockey team who placed 3rd in the 2023 South Island Tier 4 Boys Hockey Tournament. It was great to see the guys rep the Nemesys brand, and being the 'opponent that can't be beaten' in their attitude, both on and off the field. Congratulations guys!
Great to hear from our intern Megan who is completing some papers at The University of Ottawa towards her degree. Apparently the weather was at 33C her first week.... not that she is skiting! 😄
We were more than happy to be able to help in a small way for the Community Link NZ 'From The Streets' fundraiser day.
Our involvement was through one of our good buggers, Craig, whose daughter was involved in one of the events on the day. We sponsored burger patties to feed the hungry folk who turned out.
Last Friday was the last day (for now!) for one of our absolute good buggers. Superstar Grad Megan is heading to Canada to complete her studies and do a bit of travelling.
It was only fitting to send her off with one final workout and with a social day theme of her choice - 80's dress.
We really appreciate Megan, she is a great asset to any team and she will be missed around the office. We will see her again soon we are sure but for now safe travels Megan, and thank you for all your hard work for Nemesys.
It's tight at the top! After the latest round of the corporate challenge, we sit 3rd, but only one point off the top!
What was the challenge? Only 10km on the ski erg or rower shared across 8 men and 7.5km for a group of 8 women on the same equipment. Our boys took on the ski erg, while our ladies smashed it out on the rower.
Three extra points were also available if a team of 8 went up the Hakarimata steps, so of course we had a team make the trek!
It was a great display of team spirit and some good old fashioned ticker that saw an impressive effort from both teams. Keep an eye out for the next round - can't wait.
Last Friday was a Nemesys beanie day organised by Ruth for a bit of fun and team building, and we thought the results were awesome.
Beanies were worn across the country by our Nemesys teams both in Hamilton and Southland as the team got fully involved. Two prizes were handed out, with the for MVP (you may have noticed her in many of the photos), which went to Megan who brought in enough beanies for everyone.
The supreme winner was Dan from our South team, you'll probably be able to pick him out from our photos, he went all out with an entire outfit for the day!
Great work team, we look forward to the next one.
We haven't talked about our new guy Freddy (you may have spied him in some of our PT session posts)... as he is the one now primarily in charge of talking about us... but here's a shout out to him from us!!
Congratulations on being announced as signed for the Northern Districts first round contracted players for 2023-24! We can only imagine the dedication and tenacity it takes to achieve at this level and wish you all the success for this season!
Congratulations to Craig Vincent on completing his certification for SAP Integration Suite.
Craig is a legendary problem solver, who is constantly finding ways for both our business and others to run more efficiently, and with this new certification he adds another string to his already impressive bow.
On top of that, he is most certainly one of our good buggers and we are certainly lucky to have him on our team.
Well done Craig!
We love empowering our Netball umpires across the region and working alongside Hamilton City Netball Centre
Thank you to Nemesys for Week Eight of Rule of the Week which comes from the HCNC Competition Structure & Regulations - Fill-in Players.

2 rounds down of the Corporare Challenge and we are still on top by the skin of our teeth. Today was a real team effort, in two groups of 4 working hard to achieve the fastest time possible.
As always, thanks to super trainer Dave McLean for all the work he does, although we may not be as appreciative while we're doing it!
See you again in a few weeks' time for round 3.
It's always great to hear reviews from our customers, especially when the work they have received is of the highest standard!
We have recently heard some awesome feedback for one of our 'good buggers', Alan. Alan is a legend with a "can-do" attitude who embodies what it means to be a problem solver.
We are beyond fortunate to have him as a part of our Nemesys team. Well done Alan, we couldn't think of anyone more deserving of praise.
A big welcome to David Humphries who joins our Nemesys South team. David holds a BSc Hons. Mechatronics Engineering (1st Class) from the University of Waikato. He also achieved a BSc. Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland.
His prior experience focused on servicing the Meat and Dairy Industries, as well as working with Robotics at another automation company.
David is looking forward to developing his automation skills and progressing his career while working with a great team.
A big congratulations to Dan Watson of our Nemesys South team, who successfully passed his TUV Functional Engineer Exam. Awesome work Dan!
We are delighted to sponsor Hamilton City Netball Centre and continue to support grassroots netball across the region.
THANK YOU to our 2023 Sponsors! We appreciate everything you do for our Centre and grassroots netball.
