We are drawing to an end with our little country project. It’s come up pretty good and is ready to go on the market this week.

Something a bit different for us. While we wait for sections to get titles we are into a do up. Great house on 1000sqm site over looking lake Ngaroto. Loads of shedding as a added bonus

What a day, Cleaners done inside driveway ready to pour Monday. And all the lawn soil moved around the house

With the rain stopping we finally get a chance to get our new workhorse out on site and get some dirt moved

Today brings a trip out to Te Awamutu to check on the progress at Kotare Estate. Where we have two sections to build on next year.

Don’t want to brag but today we got a house lot of Gib and a full tank of diesel. Feels like we won lotto 😂

Happy days. The windows are in and bricks are on. Now just waiting on the gib.

Xmas has come early this week as we got the floor down for the next build. This house has uninterrupted 270deg views. Can’t wait to get this moving along.

Sand pad is down, This house is at the end of a quiet country road with a view to die for.

Little but mighty is what we are going for with this house. It’s nice to have the roof on after some lockdown hold ups.

Lockdown came 2 weeks to early for my customers. But we now ready to hand over this lovely home in Ohaupo if only we had got the lawn down before lockdown there may have even been some grass for the owner to mow 😃

Great to get a day of sunshine this week. We got the floor down on for this house on a hill in Whatawhata. Looking forward to getting the frames up next week.
