Just wanted to thank everyone that made it today and came an supported us from close, far and wide ... It wasn't the best of days but it just make the day abit more special when my regular pop in to say hello 😊

Kia Ora everyone, we have 12 Hangi, boil up, 1 raw fish, 2 seafood saladand 5 whole steam puddings left if any wants any before we leave The Ngatea Markets at 2:30pm

Our menu:

For our sides we have Rawfish, seafood salad, steam pudding (custard and cream) and fry bread.

Price for sides:
1 for $8.50
2 for $16.00
3 for $24.50

Fry bread:
1 for $2.00 or 3 for $5.00

For our main we have our deliciously hot boil up and hot Hangis (both cooked onsite)

Price for main:
Boilup = $8.50 each
Hangi = $15.00 each

Whole steam pudding both normal flour and gluten free but limit stock tho as pre order is a must for these but will have some on the day

Price for plain:
1 x $30.00
2 x $50.00

Price for gluten free:
1 x $40.00
2 x $70

Platters of my menu is also available:

Basic = $70

Special selection = $90

With bulk order prices can be discussed on a case by case enquiry

On Monday, I received an email about a workshop that was happening today and I asked the organisers (Pat) from GRG (Grandparents Raising Grandchildren) if I was able to provide a platter of my menu at his workshop and he said a sample would be great as he has someone he already uses by was happy to accept my offer

All he wanted was a small sample of everything in the menu and this is as small as I could get it

I want to thank him for the opportunity and share with you all a photo and a text message I received about my platter

Just letting you all know that I will be down in New Plymouth at the Egmont Eco lodge this weekend (Friday-sunday) for Matariki/festival of lights

As it's a special time of the year, I will be bringing 10 whole cooked steam pudding with me and they will be up for grabs at $25 each or $45 for 2

Cash is preferred but I do accept ANZ bank transfers thro pay to mobile

You will find me in my black van at the broadwalk carpark in town on Saturday night at 6pm

Please share, share, share and depending on how this goes I may bring afew more goodies with me at the Christmas lights just resting the waters

Just a quick update for you all

Behind the scenes I have been working hard trying to profect my Gluten free steam pudding and Gluten free fry bread recipe and with all the hours of research and testing I have done was a great success

Feedback tonight from 2 of my regulars

"Gluten free steam puddings were a success and absolutely delicious and devine my whanau enjoy every bit and thanks"

And

"Nice and flurry ... Not dry or gritty amazing work, I will be back ... Worth every cent and worth it"
