Classic example of a line blocked with roots in a client's bathroom today in a commerical building!
The client asked how the heck does that grow in a pipe in the middle of the building? You'd be surprised what we find, that's why regular maintenance of your lines is so important π
Awesome job completed by Ninja Nate, he took the toilet off and found the line was blocked up. Vacuumed out the toilet paper from within the pipe and found the blockage was roots, this was under the concrete floor of the house.
He has pulled the roots out, CCTV inspected down the line and used our ninja tools to remove any remaining roots growing into the pipe π₯·
