There are two general sizes available:⁠

These beanies are very flexible and the sizes have been tested on my 2.5yr old, 4yr old, 6yr old, AND myself! I can actually fit the same size as my 6yr old (the 6-12yr sizing), it is just more of a fitted style vs a looser/chunkier style on my 6yr old. ⁠

Similarly, my 6yr old can fit the 2-5yrs size but it is a lot more fitted and tight. ⁠

Hey mamas! What are your best tips for helping a 9 week old get rid of a snuffly blocked nose? We’ve had a few very sleepless nights here this week! 😴 I’ve had the essential oils diffusing in our room all night (yay for Easy Air!), put a tiny bit of Kiwi Herb Destuff chest rub on my own clothes for her to hopefully breathe in, and even tried a little nasal aspirator syringe thingy (but that kinda freaked me out so wasn’t very successful 🙈)! Any other tips or tricks that you can suggest? (Picture totally unrelated to post but you can never have too many photos of cute cosy hot water bottles in your feed! 😍 Even better, the pattern for this one is available for purchase now - link in bio ☺️)

Thank goodness we get to experience four different seasons in a year! I’ve never been able to decide whether I’m a summer or winter girl - during summer I find myself yearning for cosy knits, scarfs and snuggling by the fire whereas when the colder days hit, I’m all about counting down to longer evenings, bbq’s at the beach and jandal wearing 24/7 ❄️☀️ I definitely think each season has its perks and I’m trying to be more in the moment of each one and enjoy the little things that each season brings. I whipped up a mini cowl for Brooke today to help combat this cold weather - it’s always so much faster making things in toddler size!

Don’t let that innocent little face fool you - this girl can be pretty strong willed when she wants to be! 🔸Is it crochet time yet?🔸 Life with a newborn and a very active toddler leaves little time for anything other than nursing, making snacks, changing nappies, eating pretend cake, mastering animal puzzles, wrangling little arms and legs into clothes, tidying up aforementioned snacks and toys...you get the picture (hence the embarrassing lack of posts around here lately 🙈)! And as much as I love spending all day with my girls, I have also found that I need my own “me time” in order to be the best mum I can be. Which often leads me to asking myself whether it’s crochet time yet or not!
