Loss of all power with no fuel pressure at that point. Water with detritus was the cause in the fuel tank.. remember to fill from busy fuel stations if you can.
If it's vibrating on acceleration, making a clunk or a squeak I'm your answer....

When we do a WOF inspection correctly but get reemed because the last two WOF's place's had not been done them correctly.... Lifted ute with now too short brake hoses. And yes you could play a tune on them. # Living the dream.

Some times you can't inspect every part of a brake line for a WOF. This blew on doing a brake test. Location under battery tray on a CRV. Detritus caused corrosion on the pipe. Scary but great it failed on us and not the owner.

A good tyre can be a bad tyre.. This was presented for a WOF. Outside side wall fine. Tread good not even half worn. But look at the inside side wall...Fail. WOF saftey inspections are for a reason.....

Why do you need to change your oil at 1year or 10 000km. This is why. It turns into carbon and sludge. It will then block your oil pick up and starve the engine of oil pressure. That means it's dead. Book your service today to avoid this.. Remember, prevention is easier than the cure.
