The galette des rois is a cake traditionally shared at Epiphany, on 6 January. It celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men in Bethlehem. Composed of a puff pastry cake, with a small charm, the fève, hidden inside, it is usually filled with frangipane, a cream made from sweet almonds, butter, eggs and sugar.

Orders by 5 Jan for pick up the 7th and 8th which is the first weekend of Jan!!!

During Level 3, LE POSH PATISSERIE will be baking a limited number of its Croissants range for 2 weekly deliveries in Blenheim starting Wednesday 1st Sept. Please TEXT your orders to 021858308 and please make your payment by bank transfer to 03 0599 0040147 002.
Orders and payment MUST be received by 12h noon Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery and by 12h noon on Friday for a Saturday delivery. MINIMUM quantity per order is 5 pieces (Butter/Almond/Chocolate or Raisin-Custard). Thank you for your support!!!

We will accept "text orders" for big Tarts or for big Quiches and can deliver within Blenheim area. Quiches are at $35 (6-8 people) only during the Level 4 and 3 lockdown!! Tarts range anywhere from $50 to $70 (8-10 people) If interested, please TEXT your orders to 021858308. Thank you!!!!

Most French will say "apple is to Normandy", so one of the owners being from Normandy, he will of course have the famous "Apple Tarts" from Normandy for you to taste! Usually you have one of these with a little glass of "Calvados" which is an apple liqueur!

A Millefeuille means "a thousand leaves" in French and it is a very traditional French pastry made with puff pastry and layers of custard. Le Posh Patisserie is the only place that has them in Marlborough!!
