Often we can get so caught up in doing the next thing or getting to the next step that we forget to acknowledge what we have already accomplished, notice how we have grown, and celebrate who we now are.

So... I invite you to ask yourself...

Who did you choose to be 12 months ago?

In this I mean, what kind of a person were you choosing to step into, what habits did you choose to change, what behaviors did you choose to not repeat, what did you choose to bring in, what energy did you choose to embody, what boundaries did you choose to put in place and how much of this change has become a natural part of who you are now?

What goals did you have 12 months ago for your life?

What desires for existing or new relationships and connections did you have?
What dreams for jobs, careers, or businesses did you choose to bring into existence?
What experiences did you desire to have in life?

What else has changed in you and in your life?
Physically, mentally, energetically...

Look back at your past 12 months and see how far you have come and what you have created.

Look back at your past 5 years and acknowledge the completely different person that you now are AND acknowledge all that YOU have done to get to this point.

Look back with Pride, Love, and Gratitude to yourself.

Remember....you...

For many of us (if not all), we are being challenged with obstacles.

Patterns that have been on repeat.
Cycles that have lasted generations
Walls that seem impossibly high
Trenches that seem so deep
Things are coming up that we have fought for years, decades, lifetimes.

Over the past few weeks, I have noticed for myself, and many of my clients, that some of the biggest "fork in the road" moments are coming up to be seen, witnessed, and shifted.

And so, I just wanted to take a moment to share something that I am learning...am...because every time I think I've got it, I go back down and learn more...

GO DEEP INTO YOUR SHADOWS BUT DON'T DROWN IN THEM

Yes, we are all human... and so we NEED to feel the emotions, the anger, the pain, the joy, the happiness, the frustration...

But we are also Spirit...

And this life, is but a moment in all that we are.

So yes, go deep, feel it all, acknowledge it all,

Stop running from the human side of you.
Stop hiding the human side of you
Stop telling yourself that the human side of you is not good enough.

BECAUSE IT IS AND YOU ARE

Go deep and feel it. Allow yourself to be human

But then...

Acknowledge that you are first and foremost Spirit.

You are infinite
You are eternal
You are all-knowing
You are stillness, peace, and unconditional love...

You are more than human... and you are more than this experience.

FEEL IT... BUT DONT DROWN IN IT

Remind yourself of the truth.

Everything that you feel is valid... but it is not the whole truth
Everything you experience is real... but it is not all that is or all that you have been.

You are human...but more than that, you are Spirit...

Step back and remind yourself of the truth.

We all have challenges in our lives. We all go through traumatic experiences, and we all go through our times when we feel like we are on top of the world, capable of anything, and times when it is too hard to move, speak, cry, or breathe.

When we access the Akashic Records, we shift our energetic field 💫to align with that of the Akasha (The Akasha exists held in a very different energetic frequency to that of Earth) and so we can then exist in part, in both realms at the same moment.

🌈 Summer 2024 has been magical! 🌈

I remember years ago walking in a forest and asking the universe for a life where I did not have to work full time in a “normal job” in order to have more time and space to be with my beautiful kids. I asked for a life with freedom, experiences, life, fun, joy, and learning. I asked for space to create a life that I would love to live.

That is exactly the life that I now have. I have the freedom to choose my hours of work, the space to live life with my children – mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends & holidays 😊 (from a mum who used to work up to 80 hours a week – this is everything!), AND the joy of having the time to go to the beach, swim in the river, visit friends, play music, garden, and simply just live!



🌈 Life is amazing, beautiful, incredible, and astounding and I am so grateful.... both to myself for doing what it took to bring this in AND to my Spirit team for helping me EVERY SINGLE step of the way!

❤They have taught me to receive, to look deeper, to face what scares me, to stand up for myself, to love myself, to simply ask for what I desire, and to surrender.



So Hun.... Do you daydream? Do you imagine? Do you long for something more or different in your life?

Maybe a way of life, certain experiences, relationships, the ability to love yourself, confidence, the ability to let go of trauma, healing etc...



Hun...

✨Do you know that you CAN have the life you choose?

✨And not only that you can have it but that if you are dreaming of something...then that something is meant for you?

Sometimes receiving what we desire is as simple as asking for it.

And sometimes receiving what we desire can be more challenging, because there are lessons to be learned within it... like what it means to surrender, what it means to receive help, what it means to drop expectations, etc., etc.

Regardless of the ease or the challenge, what we dream of is there for a reason and therefore within our grasp 😊

💫WHAT IS MEDIUMSHIP?💫

What does this word mean for you?

The words Mediumship, Clairvoyance, and Psychic can insight a myriad of emotions from all of us, including happiness, comfort, curiosity, and fear, among so many others.

For many of us, we have been raised in a culture where connecting to those that are not physically tangible is either ignored, dismissed, or hidden, largely out of fear.

Fear of the unknown
Fear of a lack of control
Fear of what may be said or seen
Fear of changing our beliefs
Fear of being different

We have been raised in a culture that fears so much.

For myself... as a child, even hearing this simple word would make me feel terrified. Terrified because of what I had been taught, by people who themselves were scared.

A question... How many of us as children have "seen" or sensed beings around us and commented to our parents, only to be shut down and told that "it's not real", "you don't have to worry because it's just in your mind', or "it's just your imagination...stop being silly"?

These words come from adults who themselves are too fearful to admit that the child might be right.
These words come from adults who themselves were taught to be scared.
These words come from adults who themselves shut down their own intuition and connection as children.

What if instead of fear... we could install understanding?

What if... we could change our understanding, from what is unknown and fearful, to what is known and acknowledged?

What if this could be different? What if connecting to what else is present could be not only healing but also helpful? What if connecting to those "on the other side" could empower us to be all that we can be?

What if we could show the next generations that they not only do not need to hide, but that they can trust their intuition, that they can connect and help those who are asking (often why spirit connects to us), AND that they have the full authority and ability to choose who they want to connect to and who they don't?

Imagine the difference in this...

A child comments to their parent that "there is someone in their bedroom at night.."

(1) we can respond.. "It's your imagination" or "Let's just get out of here"

This tells the child that their instincts cannot be trusted and/or that what they sense is something to be scared of are hidden from...
which then tells the child that firstly they cannot be trusted and to not listen to their own instincts and secondly that they are powerless and defenseless.

OR

(2) we can respond... "Ok, who is here and why?" and "Do you want to talk to them?"

This tells the child that not only can they trust themselves AND that they get to choose who they want to communicate with but also that the beings that they are sensing are just simply that... beings.

Beings who may want to help or beings who may need help themselves but simply beings... not things that are scary, not things that are more powerful, not things that are anything... just other beings that exist in a different way to us.

This is not only empowering but also teaches our children to have understanding, openmindedness, empathy, compassion, and a sense of strength in themselves and their ability to help others in need and/or to help themselves.

It can also be comforting to know that we are not alone and that we have others around us watching out for us and guiding us when we ask them to.
