Thermie has been super busy lately!!
This weekend we have made some lime marmalade, milk loaf, vege stock concentrate, mushroom stock concentrate, several hot chicks and a dark rustic rye, buckwheat and spelt loaf which also sprouted a pizza with some leftover dough.
I topped my pizza with some Kraut Queen kawakawa & turmeric kraut.

this is such an incredible hot choc recipe... ☕️
I used coconut cream and some water to mix it down instead of the coconut milk and oil.

I added half a serve of choc complete powder, you can add any superfood powder you like, esp’ if it’s choc/cacao flavoured.
Whip it up until creamy & enjoy!!

I did some Easter baking, I forgot to post them up here.. I added a few extra whole grain ingredients so they were more dense than the fluffy ones but I like something I can sink my teeth into, and that holds up the butter!
Oh and I couldn’t be fussed adding the cross.. no one missed it.
Smashed some choc PB on for good measure! 😋🍪

Had to borrow and share this one, soo good!!

Can you think of anything more wonderful than chocolate covered Feijoa?
Peel feijoa - blot dry with paper towel, pop in fridge or freezer for a short time while you prepare the chocolate.
100g choc bits into bowl,
30g cacao butter,
Mill 10 sec Sp9
Melt 50 / sp2 / 2min - If you melt more don't exceed 200g - it will take longer to melt.
Place baking paper on work surface
Poke the feijoa at end with a fork and dip in choc
Place on baking paper which is on a tray that will fit in fridge or freezer - Pop in fridge to set for 2min
Drizzle over more choc to decorate
Mend the holes the fork made
Enjoy

Had a really awesome Cooking Experience with these lovely ladies last night.
We made Brazilian cheese puffs, Banana steamed puds with ginger cream anglaise and a thai San Choy bau.
