Super excited to try some recipes from this book 📖 😋. On a budget so got this one on lend from my local library. ( they didn't have it, but added it to there "customer wants list" and then they sent me an email when they got it in 😀)

Yummy basic lunch. Air fried potatoes seasoned with smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder. Served with tahini dressing.
I used the below dressing recipe but didn't have harissa so used smoked paprika and chili powder as per a segestion in the comments.

Super fast budget friendly meal
Pasta boiled with lightly salted water.
Onion cooked in vegetable stock with a bag of frozen vegetables
peanut sauce, blend or cook together peanut butter, garlic, ginger, chilli (use fresh, dried or jard) lemon juice or vinegar, soy sauce or tamarni sauce, maple syrup or orher sweetener. water to thin. start with a small amount and keep adding to your taste.
