Zumba Tauranga TONING class
Sneak peek into a Zumba TONING class! 💪🏽 Similar to our regular classes but with the addition of hand weights for some of the tracks. The added resistance increases both your strength & cardiovascular fitness ✔️ THURSDAY NIGHTS 6-7pm with Teejay Arataki Community Centre 😍

Lots of new tracks/dances/music /routines this week! Come along to any class to learn the new choreography, broken down so it’s easier to learn ✔️
