Bespoke Composite Decking!
Always tricky doing decking over top of a butanol flat roof… we always use a aluminium subframe system from Proframe, this allows the decking system to be as low as possible to the roofing membrane. Which is a must in shallow locations.
Clients wanted to tidy up there upstairs balconie in style so chose to use Futurewood
composite decking to achieve a professional finish.
And yes those angles where so much fun… 📐

Old door out! 🚪
New door in! ⭐️🚪⭐️
Clients had a timber French door that had seen better days and was single glazed…
Joiners produced a high quality timber with double glazing to help the balance of temperature better. Add on new hinges and door handle and it will last another 50 years!
Was a well thought out installation including re using some exterior door trim to minimise waste to landfill. ♻️

It’s very rare I get asked to do such a bespoke building job… but fantastic clients of mine where willing to see this project come to fruition. New foot bridge with Japanese inspired posts and balustrade. I would be lying if I said it was easy and I can’t wait to do another one. Fantastic results!
