With the meeting to start around 1:30pm

The Meeting will be followed by the CPCHC Prizegiving, if you have CPCHC trophies please bring them or get them to someone who will be attending.

Make sure they have been engraved 🏆.

There will shared bbq meals both Friday and Saturday nights.
Friday night we will also have our HALL OF FAME PRESENTATIONS to honor our recipients.
This will take place after dinner but before dessert.
Please everyone bring your food and cooking equipment to the shared space that will be set up as soon after the end of the show as you can manage once your horses are put up so that we can get the food sorted and cooking started.

Some show information for those coming to the Futurity Show.
Dogs are allowed at the venue under strict conditions !!!!
• Dogs must be tied up or on leads at all times
• Dogs are restricted to the arena paddock
• Dogs must be dosed for sheep measels
• These rules will be strictly enforced
Please bring a bbq to cook on if you have one for the shared meals Friday and Saturday night

Hi everyone that was at Mackie show on the weekend, can you please check your camp cutlery, G&W are missing a fork and a spoon from their set, see picture, may have got mixed up with someone else's cutlery on Saturday night.🙃

CPCHC show at Mackies on 10th/11th Feb 2024. A few drops of rain to settle any dust and the arena was just right, we couldn't have asked for better. Thank you Grant and Wendy for hosting another great CPCHC show. 📸Beau Matchitt & Wendy Mackie.

CPCHC Show at Mackies this coming weekend 10/11th Feb 2024. Shared dinners at house Friday and Saturday nights. Please park horse floats up by Arena, leaving space for largest vehicles down by the house, Thanks. Training on Sunday is $20 per horse for non CPCHC members.

Hi CPCHC members just a reminder that Entries for Ladds Show close on Wednesday 17th January (Show Secretary Wendy Mackie) and the NZCHA Futurity Show entries Close tonight Monday 15th January, no Late Entries, so get them into show Secretary Julie Gregory ASAP.

Thank you Melissa Poindgestre, Wayne and Ant for hosting the CPCHC shows at your lovely venue and making sure the weather held until the show had finished. Thank you also to the Cattle suppliers, Competitors, Show Secretary, Photographer, Judges, Herd Help, Turn Backs and spectators, you all made it a fabulous weekend.
