Hi All,
There have been a few questions about the location for the first "All the other Stuff" Workshop.
I am looking for expressions of interest as I can run it anywhere and I am keen to taker the workshop to locations that people can get to easily. Clearly there will be other dates as we move to other locations. Just let me know if you are keen and I will get to work looking at dates and locations.

As we head towards the Nationals no doubt you are already thinking and planning your programme for the post Nationals period. Many bands are currently struggling to field a full drum corps and this may be true for you. The reasons are many varied however while there are many very good players there seems to be a lack of trained leaders.
FunDrum Ltd are about to offer a solution to this dilemma.
Fun Drum are presenting a weekend workshop aimed specifically at Lead Drummers and focusing on all the non-playing aspects of the job. Some of the key topics will be planning, communication, dealing with people, organizing a programme for learning and leadership to name a few.
The workshop entitled “ALL THE OTHER STUFF” will run on the weekend of 28/29 March 2020. The workshop is fully transportable so a venue will be decided based on the number of applications.
FunDrum Director Mark Weir will be hosting the workshop and sharing his 40+years of leadership and organisational knowledge and experience through discussion, role plays and interactive activities.
There will be some pre-work required by candidates and follow up sessions will be available to ensure continuing support.
FunDrum is contacting you to offer you an early enrolment opportunity for your Lead Drummer or other prospective leaders within the corps. There are currently 16 spots available so be in quick to avoid missing out.
The early enrolment price is $300.00 per candidate available until February 20th2020, a discount of $50.00 on the full price of $350.00.
Morning teas will be provided and lunches will be available at $15.00. Candidates will be provided with a workbook and course materials to take away.
